The hotel is situated in a prime location in the mountains, with easy access to the Post Bus station and skiing opportunities right near the front door. Dining at the Heidi Stubl restaurant was a highlight, with a delicious and generous menu. The recently-refurbished family room was spacious and clean, and the spa facilities were top-notch and enjoyable. The staff provided great service, and the breakfast spread was impressive with many options to choose from.

Parking can be a challenge and may require prior reservation.

The bijoux room is really a bijoux! Very nice bathroom and decor.

The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained and lovingly furnished, decorated. The food was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very central, we did not use the spa area and did not visit it, so we cannot judge it.

On the other hand, we were less taken with the room. The division was good and functional, but the 2 mattresses were each only 80 cm wide. The space to move around the bed was very limited. The room was facing the street, which was quite loud when the window was open. The TV set could be turned between the sleeping and living area, but because of that it had picture disturbances from time to time. Furthermore we found the bathroom quite rudimentary furnished. Only 1 washbasin. Getting out of the bathtub was dangerous because it was slippery. The shower head was not adjustable and had an unpleasantly strong jet. We thought that the room was much too expensive because of that.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel's spa was the highlight of our trip with its multiple steam and sauna rooms. We also enjoyed the complimentary lift tickets for the mountain bike park. The breakfast spread was generous and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's central location enabled us to reach all activities in this city easily.

Access to the indoor children pool of the next door hotel schweizerhof was great. Recommend dining at the hotelowned 'heidstübli' if travelling with kids. Crosscountry skiing, iceskating, shuttlebus transfer to skiing arena, multiple sportshops with rental facilities, skischool for kids and beautiful winterwalks are all located right next to hotel. In terms of location it doesnt get any better.

Great stay in mountain region with friendly staff and decent breakfast. Location on main road convenient to access local attractions. Spa and wellness facilities provided a nice way to unwind from the day's activities.

Limited food options, especially for half-board guests, and service in the restaurant could have been better. Street noise was noticeable in some rooms and could be bothersome for light sleepers.

Very nice hotel, good location, nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast (lots of choices) and also a good restaurant to eat at night (which we did 1 night). Parking garage available (20 CHF per night). Would certainly recommend this hotel!

We had an amazing weekend getaway here! The location is perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to explore. The service was top-notch with friendly staff at the reception desk. The spa and wellness center offered a wide range of facilities and treatments, including an indoor swimming pool and sauna. It was the perfect way to relax after a long day of activities. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Staff was helpful and flexible. Spa was excellent and included in the room rate.

More child friendly than I prefer. There was a little playground on the sun deck so it was difficult to relax there.
